We will use the grant money to pay for classes for diabetic patients who do not have insurance or their insurance does not pay for the classes. We are so thankful for each of you. Dear Trinidad Community Foundation, On behalf of Southern Colorado Developmental Disabilities Services, SCDDS, we would like to express our gratitude for your kind support of our Children's Program -Kids and Friends Mentor Program, and the Summer Fun Program for our Developmental Disabled Teens. The project was a success. Opportunities provided our youth with some enjoyable learning experiences in the community. The youth in both groups were enlightened to know that the youth, no matter what their background, abilities, age, or physical limitations, can all learn to have fun together.
